Why go on a Seattle Brewery Tour?

For beer enthusiasts or those who just want to learn a bit more about beer from an experienced cicerone, Seattle Brewery Walking Tours is a brewery tour that explores the genuine Seattle micro-brewery community. Unlike large bus tours or asking your Uber driver where to get a good beer, we offer a relaxing, guided tour and beer tasting experience that connects with the local breweries and the neighborhood. As a result, you will learn about the history and uniqueness of Seattle craft-breweries, experience hand tailored tastings and learn about each brewery’s distinctive beer styles and enjoy a nice walk with some amazing people.
Most tours feature three craft breweries. At each brewery we will sample a four-beer flight, for a total of 12 beers, this is equal to about 1 full pint of beer per brewery. During the guided tasting we will learn what to look for when enjoying a beer, about different beer styles, the history of beer and how beer is made. You will also get a souvenir beer tasting glass, a beer and food pairing guide, beer tasting score sheets and a souvenir bottle opener. Each tour is led by a certified Cicerone.

Timothy was fabulous! His knowledge of beer 🍻 and story telling was exceptional and we were a vary eclectic group in terms of beer tastes, knowledge, and over all expectations and he did a masterful job of getting the group to try all types of beers and explaining what we were smelling and tasting. We had such a good time and it was definitely worth the money spent!

We enjoyed this tour very much! Tim was a great host. He was very knowledgeable and caring, and people in the same group were all awesome. We got some sheets that helped us understand what to look for in beers and a bag of small souvenirs. We learned a lot and had a great time. Highly recommended!

We had a great time on the tour with Tim. He knows his beers and beer history. He is a great story teller and really puts thought into the arch of your 3 brewery tasting. I highly recommend if you want to spend 3 hours of your day drinking beer, talking and laughing. Oh, and the beer was very good, too!
