Lager, the Most Popular Style in America

There has always been a lot of discussion around the subject of what exactly is a lager beer. Since beers are generally divided into two main groups you can usually say that a lager is not an ale, the

Tim was super funny and flexible. I missed the originally planned tour on Saturday and he is willing to reschedule me to come in on Sunday without any additional charge. I also found the beer I like and enjoy talking to them.

I absolutely loved this tour.  Tim is very funny and very knowledgeable.  We had a great time on time tour learning about seattle beers an we would recommend to anyone interested in learning more about local breweries.  Not a lot of walking involved, but plenty of great beer!

I wasn’t sure what to expect but I could not have been happier with this experience! Timothy (Tim) was absolutely phenomenal and knowledgeable. I was thrilled to learn more about my favorite beers (stouts) and learn more about the beer making process. We were fortunate to be able to go check out the brewery with one of the brew masters but that doesn’t happen very often so Tim says. I enjoyed finding beers that were out of my comfort zone and wouldn’t have normally tried had it not been for this walking tour. I enjoyed the history of the area and learning how to taste beer and rank it similarly to wine. Absolutely would recommend this 100x over and will most likely be completing another tour with him.

Tim is great.  We went to 3 breweries.   The beers we received were more ample than expected and well suited.  Tim chose the beers and was very knowledgeable about each type.  He gave us much more background than I could remember.  Very memorable tour and what a friendly host.   We highly recommend taking this tour.

If you go to Seattle and like to do food tours you should check this outfit out.  What a fun experience.  Tim also pointed out some other great areas in the city to visit.    Seattle is the best.  If it wasn't  so expensive to live here we would.
