Do Internet Marketing and Sales like HubSpot & Salesforce: Their Sales and Marketing Machine [INFOGRAPHIC]

When I’ve blogged about inbound marketing in the past I have tried to emphasize how the pieces fit together. People who are not familiar with inbound marketing often try to pigeon hole it into something they know and will say to me, “So you do SEO then?” Or “You do social media, right?” Social media, SEO, blogging, keywords, email, landing pages, all of this and so many other things are part of inbound marketing. Inbound marketing is also a part of the sales process. Inbound marketing drives how you interact with your customers, how the sales team is engaged with the customer and how this drives your ROI. How these pieces fit together is shown in this great Infographic from HubSpot and Salesforce: Building the Sales and Marketing Machine of the Future.

Practice Inbound Marketing: Businesses that practice inbound marketing drive more traffic to their websites.

Create Customer Profiles: In my last blog I talk about the Five Tools for Setting Up Your Business Social Media Strategy. These tools help you find and define your customer profiles. Once you have done that follow and track them when they engage on your website.

Build Employee Collaboration: If your employees, especially your sales people, are involved in generating content and engaging with your potential customers they become more engaged and more productive.

Drive Social ROI: Inbound marketing provides qualified leads to your sales force and decrease the average acquisition cost per lead and customer and increases the Return on Investment, or ROI.

Enjoy the Infographic and let me know what you think. For a better look at this horizontally aligned infographic, click on the image to enlarge, or view it in pieces below to learn more about how to do internet marketing and sales like HubSpot and Salesforce.
